Help identifying Kennametal boring bar

This was in a lot I got at auction. The other bars in the lot all took CDHB inserts, and it looks like this one does too.
I searched their website, but even with “show obsolete” selected I couldn’t find anything. I sent a message to Kennametal but haven’t gotten a response, so I thought someone here might know more. Length 3”, diameter 0.25”. The markings are: A04F-CSER1.2 207139 MH5.
any ideas?

Hope this will help you out . I also have a few with the thru the tool coolant like you have . These are a few of the inserts I use for these small bars .
