[Newbie] Help identifying an insert

Came across some of these in an auction lot. I don’t have a tool holder for them yet, but I could use some help identifying just what I have.

I’m still a newb especially as it pertains to carbide inserts.

I know it’s a left hand or internal threading insert, but don’t know what else I might need to know to buy the right holder(s).

Thanks. There are no markings on this or the container they came in. I don't suppose there's some clue as to manufacturer, not that it matters.

It's a generic designation, could be anybody.

Note my correction, it's an 11IR, not 16
