Hopefully going to see this Friday or Saturday. Looks like a good deal to me. Thoughts? Obviously condition matters but assuming condition is acceptable I think $350 is reasonable but of course I will offer less to start.

Couple things to look for.
I don't see a chuck wrench, live or dead center for tailstock, or change gears in any of the pictures.
They might be in the toolbox I see in the 4 jaw chuck picture, but if not, you'll have to consider cost to acquire some or all of those parts especially the change gears. A 1/4" drive ratchet or breaker bar will work for the chucks in a pinch.

I don't see how you could go wrong at $350. Even if it's worn out you have a heck of a parts machine if you bought a better 9.

Been there, more than once! For me though it's often that I can't get to the item quick enough. I guess there are guys that don't work and have a pocket full of cash all the time.
