Found some gears on eBay, now I need the eccentric shaft, bushings and handle.

There is a guy on ebay with a bunch of 13 parts up for sale. He is stripping some 13" South Bends. Check the auctions and send him a message. Nataliemachines is the name but my spelling is probly off. Ski
I have been searching eBay but have not run across Nataliemachines. I bought the gears from toolsforcheap but he didn't have the eccentric shaft, handle and bushings. Sometimes eBay searching can be funky. I also searched for Nataliemachines with various spellings with no luck. I'm sure something will turn up eventually, not really in a hurry. I found the 13 on Craigslist a short distance from home for $400, it's in decent shape except for the missing back gears. I am setting up a vfd with controls and should have it powered up in a bit.
