I'm pretty new to this board, and I really like it a lot mostly because of the people, patient enough to help newbies like me. But I've noticed that when I post pictures, they end up looking bigger than I expect them to be on the post. Clicking on them only makes them slightly bigger. I am guessing that this is because the forum software does not make thumbnail versions of each photos to appear in the post.

I'm going to reply to my own post here, and try different options to post a photo and see what difference it makes. We'll see!

1. Clicked on the "Insert Image" button above the text entry window, instead of the "Manage Attachments" button.
2. Clicked on "From Computer", and "Select Files" from the little popup window.
3. Selected 2 pictures, hit "Upload Files".
4. Submit Reply

Hmm, doesn't seem to be much difference between the "Manage Attachments" button and the "Insert Image" button, except that the latter seems a bit handier than the former option. No matter what, though, the resulting images that appear in the post are nearly as large as they are after clicking on them.
OK, that's enough experimenting for now!

OK, that just inserted a link that takes you to my photobucket album. How about this...(IMG code)
