So I ended up just saving a few bucks on a Starrett taping handle and some Cobalt HSS blanks. Thank for the heads up though!

yeah no problem. I had a Jacobs chuck bearing and thrust ring as well as a key but clicked on the buy button a few minutes to late so I didn't buy anything. Next month probably another one.
