Cycletrol 150 DC motor control?

Anyone have any experience with the Cycletrol 150 DC motor control? I have a used one that I picked up off of Ebay and am having a problem figuring out the setup on the controller.:mad:
Any help would be greatly appreciated & I have the manual & it is digitized if you have the time. :drool:
