Criterion 202a with bt40 tool holder

Picked up a boring head with a Briney bt40bh tool holder. How do I remove the holder or is it an integral shaft?

The two should unscrew to sepatate. Right hand thread. Not integral.

The trick is how to hold so as not to screw either piece up.

I have the DBL-202b, the shank unscrews. If I recall screws on clock wise looking down the at the arbor and unscrews counter clockwise.
