We had a number of them locally - but everything was/is getting sold off (land) to developers who stick million dollar homes on top of super fund sites... I need to look far and wide.
It may be far easier / cheaper to weld up a box and extend the column that way. Clausing made one for these machines - it was a fairly elaborate casting that went under the squared section of the column. Some folks have built risers out of lg dia tube that go under the next level of the assembly - same end result / just different ways to skin the cat.
