Condition is Used. Could use a cleaning and oil but scroll works fine. Chuck jaws could use a truing but you should do that to your jaws every once in a while anyway to keep things in tip top shape.

Keep in mind the back plate it needs is not a typical "backing plate." The plate needs to have the center protruding portion for the adjustment anvils to push against in order to fine tune the TIR.

The chuck jaws definitely will need some truing and a little love. But they are definitely serviceable and usable.

Not if the tips are reground into the 120° point vs just trying to true up the presentlly flattened tips.
