Blue Dykem the area that you want your hole, center a 5.50" Dia circle at the target area and scribe.
Without changing the angle of your mill head. Drill (what ever you have size), Mill by hand to rough within your scribed outline.
Now change the plate of mill head to your desired angle and bore to finish up your hole.
