Boley 1a watchmakers lathe

There is currently a craigslist ad with a Boley 1a watchmakers lathe. It comes with only the headstock, tool rest, one collet, collet closer and the bed. From the picture it appears to be in good shape. The guy wants $75 for it and was wondering other than spindle bearings and abuse to the ways, what else should i be concerned about?
