Bandsaw on vfd

just put my 3ph 415 volt band saw and 3ph workstation through a vfd, 240 single ph. in 3 phase out, saw is 2 pole 4 hp, hyd pump 3ph 4 pole 3 hp, no more running my lincoln vantage to get 3 ph juice, here neighbour trys it

can't tell you about the band saw, but he gets style points for flip flops.. :grin:

Sounded good though.

ha yeppers, Micheal lives in steel caps, but it is Sunday, he just came for coffee ended up on the shop floor

yeppers but we only get 10 a box you get 12,
we are 50 Hertz, you are 60, see shortchanged again, but houses all have 240, no 110, all 3phase comes in 415, but some of my welders from Hobart n miller, old tranny machines have links to run 380, sometimes I'd link 380 ran better. I kept all my tranny grunters, Hobart, Miller Lincoln, sentimental value,only have a feeder for the miller and ALUMA PRO gun 25 feet never used it, that gun is for sale, ship anywhere in the world, a heavy gun that, but strong pulling and smooth
