Anybody playing Wordle?

Seems to me like any five letter word should be fair game.

I enjoyed that today's word did not fit the "use it every day" category.

I see you are also from Maine, I suspect that may have given us a slight advantage today. :)

To a point. I think one of the reasons the game is so popular is they use common every day words, for the most part.
My wife and I were concerned when the New York Times bought it, they would make the words less common.
So far, so good.
Yesterday’s word took me five tries but I got it in the end. Three is my highest count but I’m leaning to four of late.
 
I'm not a good speller but with the help of the internet I got todays word on the sixth try.
 
A while ago a friend sent a link to what I think was Wordle. But the version I was playing wasn't one word a day. I developed a technique and ranoff like 85 correct in a row before getting bored. So then he introduced me to Worldle.

I then put in their. Got it in two.

I think that’s dam lucky.
