Another cool forum.

OK. I'm ready to believe square holes can be drilled, but not from watching this video. 1) There is already a square hole in the piece to begin with, and 2) I don't see any chips produced. I'm afraid I need a clearer demo than this. A technical description of the process would be nice too.
 
Yep, rotary broaching. Still haven't found one cheap enough yet. Would LOVE to have one. The various bits aren't that expensive but the heads are out of my reach, at least buying new.
