I came across an article on the largest xylotheque in Spain and thought that it could spark some interest here 
Manuel Soler has since passed away, but during his lifetime he managed to put together one of the largest collections of wood in the world.

After years of dealing with mines, pirates and even an elephant on the high seas, Manuel settled in Les Rotes to create, despite the ignorance of most of the neighbors, a unique collection in the country, hidden in a cabin.
