My mom and dad first met in 1931. In 1932, pop made this jig-saw puzzle for her as a gift. It has a paper picture glued to a 3/16" thick sheet if wood.
He cut the pieces out using a had held coping saw, with what must have been a micro thin blade. I have never seen the puzzle put together. I think I might have a go at it. Some of the pieces are still hooked together. Think I will start with them that way. I am not brave enough to take them completely apart and start from scratch. I have a 2ed puzzle of the same type, that he made also. ----- John
