Took 30 years to get. Good friend has had in his barn forever. He brought it here other day from the mountains of Virginia. Did some trading gun work over the years for it. Has steady rest. Threading dial. All change gears. Looks rougher than it is. Gotta give it some love this winter. Nice no name extra chuck.

Good acqusition! :)
Now you have to get going with the WD and rust remover and think about whether it will come out from under all that without needing paint stripper and a paint job. After all that time, it's not going to be a swift wash-up and run. The wicks will be in a questionable state, maybe gone hard. Take it all apart, and maybe do some TLC upgrades. You might want to replace the lantern tool holder with quick-change toolpost. Maybe you end up glue-splicing a new serpentine drive belt.

I have a SB-9C like that, except mine has a underneath mounted drive. Given you have been fixing up guns for years, I expect you will have no problem making it a beauty!
