Well I finally bought a 5C chuck off flea bay, Item number:360644729339 & was pleasantly surprised top find it to be accurate & not needing any machining what so ever. I also bought a D1-5 back plate from the same seller for less than $60.
I cut the back plate, tapped three holes, stoned the mating surface and had a .0005 run out. :thumbsup:
Do not know if it was a fluke or if it is standard for his supplier which is in India.
His name is EZ Accessory if anyone is interested.
