4 jaw independant chuck

My method is a bit rough and not ideal however ive tried the jaws ow and they are much better fit
Im probably goi g to cop a bit of flak but anyway it worked for me

I have quite a good sturdy bench grinder with sturdy rests so i made a jig i could clamp tbe jaws in and set the angle using feeler gauges

Then gently use the jig like a plane
Sorry the pictures are not very clear but you may get an idea
Also this method cannot be used for self center jaws only independant jaws

This method not ideal but it sorted the issue out as the chuck was useless before but can be used without the head aches i had with it previously
