Hello everyone. Went to look at a 3K horizontal the other day and found a few issues that are potentially keeping me from buying it. First thing is the main clutch seems to be sticking/not fully disengaging sometimes, thus not allowing spindle speed changes. Was wondering if anyone has ever delt with this.

Also, the rear sadle engagement lever has been decoupled somewhere and basicly flops back and forth. Would like to know how easy it would be to fix this issue. I'm thinking a table removal and possible saddle removal is in order. Thanks in advance for any information! Here is a video of the clutch.
