30 degree hole in 1/4" 316 SS plate.

Thank you Mark, I'm not real handy with plasma, and I would still need to finish the bevel, I guess it could be hand ground for finishing. Something to consider...
 
I would get something similar to this. You could make a clamping fixture for easy setup.

If I had plenty to build I would build a fixture. If you need the three mounting screws then you are set. Think about a solid piece of steel (1018 or the like should be fine) as thick as your part is wide. Mill the angle on one side of the steel block (30 degrees?).
Drill and tap your three mounting holes in the block to match your stainless blank.
You could then take your round stainless blank and fasten it to the block using the three mounting screw holes. Mill, drill or bore from a pilot hole which could be drilled when the mounting holes are drilled
Should be very repeatable.
