2 Piece Thread Die

I need to replace the 2 dies for my Cleaveland Collet Thread Die.
I've searched the net and found Greenfeild Industries have some thing similar made by Cle-Line.
After 2 weeks of waiting they have not responded to my email. McMaster Carr doesn't have anything close.
The size of the dies are 1/2-13 NC. They fit in the collet which is 2-11/16 dia. x 1". the guide screws in to the back of the collet. The dies are approx. 1" W x 5/8" H
Does anyone have a suggested source for the dies? a Canadian vendor would be preferable but not absolute.
Here's a photo of what I need the Dies are on the left.
Any help would be appreciated

I keyed into Ebay Greenfield die and came up with lots of 2 piece sizes but not 1/2x13.
Suggest you keep checking back.
Also, I think there is a wanted option somewhere here at HM.

Maybe you could chop up regular hex or round die and grind it square to fit?
 
I believe Msc might have what you need. I have bought little giant die pieces from then before.
