16 inch Southbend crossfeed screw with taper attachment ???

Looking for a worn out or slightly used 16 inch Southbend crossfeed screw with taper attachment. To copy so I can make a new one for my Lathe. On my lathe. Will like to borrow one or if anybody has one . I can copy and send back ??? Thanks Dave
