Looking for a used lathe. Need minimum 7x16 for my projects but I'd prefer something larger and heavier. Something I can use an AXA post on. I have room for overall machine dimensions 24x60 or so... So probably something like a 12x40 lathe size would be the max.
Budget is $2500 including tooling (QCTP, some insert type tools, a parting tool) and stand. Stand not needed if it will fit on one of my existing 24x48 workbenches.
I have 240V available. I prefer single phase but 3ph isn't a deal breaker.
I travel between Los Angeles and Salinas frequently, but my home shop is in LA. I do have a trailer and access to a hoist.
Needs to be a FTF transaction... Scammers go away.
