1" R8 Collet

Anyone use one this size? Can't imagine they'd be very rigid, not much meat left at that size.

Crack ! I don't even use the 7/8" .

Okay so worthless then probably. I'm sure you never be able to keep an end mill that size from pulling out of the collet.

Over 3/4" , I go with end mill holders .

Have one, came with mill. Use occasionally for some piloted face mill cutters. Insertion depth is real issue. Better to go with shank adapter for any real work.

Yeah I can't use them. To much stick out squeals like a stuck pig.
