Hi, my son and I got a Yuasa 550 series 12" made in Japan rotary table, does anybody have a 550 series manual, to find out the recommended lube is? I tried contacting Yuasa, but either they are out of business, or something is going on with their web site. Thanks!

Mobile-DTE oil medium. It's not a high precision table, so I just use 30wt oil in the cup. Did alot of nice work on that table. Mine was made in 1979 . Yuasa was building a quality brand back then.

I use tonna 68 way oil in all my rotary tables. You don't need much lubrication, unless you are putting very heavy objects on it then rotating.

The most important thing is that the bottom bearing (bushing) is lubricated. The worm gear can be adjusted for wear, but the bushing needs respect - especially for a nice one.
