Why can't I reply to my thread?

I have a thread on my New to Me Monarch 10EE. I would like to reply, but for some reason the forum will not allow it.
 
The only reason I can think of is you are not logged in when trying to reply.

you should be able to reply to your own threads.

I assumed that when my name came up in the upper right hand corner, I was connected. When I post or try to it says something no connection at this time. It is not the forum saying this, but I do not have this problem with other forums.
 
Well Papaw, looks like everything is working :aok: now.
