What is this called?

What a title, eh? I've searched and haven't been able to find what I'm looking for. I'm looking for screws or set screws with this type of handle on it.
Here's something similar, only instead of a paddle-type handle they're using rounded knurled pieces. Anyone know what they call these?

I call the ones with the flat handle leaf screws but I'm not sure thats the proper name.

Here's picture from the Rong-Fu mill drill manual that calls them leaf screws.

Yup - my RF-31 has those screws - 4 of them IIRC
