Hi Dan
They look like templates to me. May be for fabricating to tack weld pieces together before welding? I really have no idea

Specialty wrenches, agricultural, old/odd plumbing, the first against wood on left looks torch cut to fit. just some ramblings. The kinda thing you never need BUT when you do "a life saver"
