Crazy how this seems to happen but in searching YT for other screw presses a Weaver came up. It was being used in a hotrod resto shop and had been bought off of a famous racer. Now one shows up local.

The Weaver uses a different mechanism to tie into the teeth on the inside of the wheel. And it's not clear the parts are there for that.
