Do they make a vertical milling slide for micro lathes such as a Sieg c0 or Grizzly g0745?

I bought one of the first of the two above, for the Taig that came with my 'shop'. I used it until I got my PM 25. Only problem I had was getting parts clamped tight enough to not move under a cut. I guess I was taking too deep a cut.
