Vernon mill???

So, this Vernon Mill popped up nearby, within driving distance. I've considered some sort of small mill for awhile, but honestly I know very little about them. I'm still learning how to run my lathe! And advice or insight into this one?

Looks like a jig bore. Great for making precision holes , limited in the spindle side pressure the bearings will take in milling.
 
Yes that's a different animal than a milling machine- more of a specialized device for boring holes
I would keep looking
