URGENT HELP! 727m base size?

hi, got a 727 coming TOMORROW an need to buy a heavy duty bench.

What are the actualy demensions of the base? called and they said they dont have that dimension, but the bolt pattern is 11x14...which seems too small. if someone can measure theirs real quick i would appreciate it.

The manual says the stand is 21.25" x14.5" and the tray 23.25"x26.25"
