Unknown vertical Mill

Looking for info on my vertical Mill.mount ed on a Burke no. 4 Mill (,Maxi - Cut , Providence ,Rhode Island?)Does any body have info on such a maker.vertical mill

What leads you to think it is a vertical mill? It appears to be a horizontal mill.

It came with the Burke #4 horizontal mill.It fits on it as a vertical Mill .took it apart for moving,has its own motor etc
Mill - rite , Providence,Rhode Island .

Millrite was a common brand of machines, mostly smaller machines.
