Picked this up a few months ago. Can't find any information on the internet about it. Only other place I have seen one was in 60 year old a sheet metal working book and a documentary about building Porsche 356's; also pretty old.

That looks like a handy little shear to have around if you do much sheet metal work. 14 gauge is pretty heavy.
