Trying to restore my Dalton 6 Lot. 4

Hi all,
I bought a Dalton 6 Lathe a few months back and have going through it cleaning it up and seeing what it needs and so on. I've a few components that need replacing and some others that will probably need to be remade (namely the compound slide which broke in half at the T-slot). But beyond that I'm just trying to find more info on the machine. I did receive what I believe to be a full set of change gears but since I don't have the gear cover I have no clue what goes where to get a desired feed rate. So if any of you guys have pictures of one intact with the data plates still on it I'd love to see them; or better yet a spare available to buy.

If you poke around the forum you should be able to find a spreadsheet which helps calculate change gear combinations.

I can't help you with pictures but if your compound is broken you should consider a solid tool post at least until you can find a replacement. There are plenty of threads on here that can help get you going with that.

And as for pictures, please post some of your machine. It'll help with responses, and we just really like to see what you've got.

Here are some pictures. Somehow I goofed up and called it a Lot 4 when it is actually a Lot 5 machine. Overall I think its in great shape for 98 years old! But it needs some love. The thrust washer on the headstock has wore a deep pocket into the face of the bearing which i might replace, I haven't decided yet. The cross-slide lead screw and nut also needs replacing, plus a bunch of little things. but the bed ways are in great shape! I cleaned and readjusted the carriage and there are no tight spots and the wear seems to be either minimal, or very evenly distributed.
