[How do I?] Transformer wiring diagram

For the electricians in the group - I am curious about something. Saw this transformer in an electrical box on the back of a 3 phase machine. I am not using this, so I am not asking for anything specific, just curiousity.



Does the diagram (made larger here) mean that, if jumpered accordingly (H2-H3, X1-X3, X2-X4), that it will take 480V input on H1/H4 and can have a 120V output on X2/X3?
