Specific bolt torque value is not important as long as it's "enough". What's important here is that all the bolts are torqued equally to the same value.
There are plenty of bolt torque references on the net. Here's one. Keep in mind they are just for reference & are the max ratings. You don't actually need to use the max rating as it is the rating for the actual bolt type. The materials the bolt is clamping & is threading into also has an effect on that.
