Just curious what everyone is using. I have a JBL 5V 1A wall plug.

Will it work?

Any other suggestions?

For the new boards (ESP32-based) any regulated 5V micro-USB phone charger or similar power supply will work.
Thanks Yuriy,
I was hoping it would work, I have several of these style USB wall adapters.

I also have old Apple phone chargers that are super small but I can't read the writing on them.

Watch out using Apple iPhone/iPad chargers, they "talk" to the device and will not output more than required. So min current out if it can't handshake.

I use this now, small battery backup.

Amazon, just search for the name.

I tried to use a cell phone 'juice pack' for one of my TouchDRO boards, and the darn thing kept shutting off. Finally realized the TouchDRO wasn't drawing enough current to keep the juice pack turned on.

what are you using now?

I used a slim line power supply from a retired PC. It powers the TouchDRO box, my LED lights on the mill and the tablet for the TouchDRO. The little panel was put on after another TouchDRO user asked if I ever got chips flying up into the power supplies fan. Didn't think that would happen but then again we all know how chips end up in the oddest of places.
