Touch probe help

Hello, looking for guidance in getting my touch probe working. I have a pre-built 420 with an Amazon fire tablet. My probe lights up green, and changes to red when contact is made with an edge, and the output pin shows voltage when contact is made also, however the system doesn't acknowledged a touch. What probe output voltages do you see (with respect to ground) with touch and with no-touch?

Do you have any specifications and/or a schematic of this unit?

I was taking voltage measurements when it occurred to me to try moving the signal from pin 3 to pin 4 to the Touchdro. That solved it. Touch probe working now.
