I finally have full access to my other house , my sons ex-girlfriend is out. The basement is full of stuff . More mechanical then machining related but still tools . The load is lifted finally as I didn't want to get involved but the friction involved with this was very nerve racking for us all . They neighbor wants to buy the house as 500 other " house buyers " sites . It's been years that I've had access , so let the fun begin !

I wrote a limerick for you to commemorate the event. I titled it Dave's Emporium:

'Twas once a retired machinist named Dave
To his hoardings he'd say he was no slave
He packed Vidmars with bits
And cached fasteners in pits
'For he never saw metal he wouldn't save!

OMG that bought back the original limerick!

Moving stuff down to the daughters new place . Every trip more tools go down . Seems I never have what is needed . A roll around will be a necessity in the future for sure .

First 2 items that went down ! :encourage:
If it moves and shouldn't ..................duct tape .
If it doesn't move and should ..................WD 40 ................or a BFH !

Know the value of the house before even talking with any one regarding a sale
Value has a lot of factors, including fees/commissions and time: my daughter sold her house that had structural issues to one of these companies and netted more than she would have if the issues had been repaired.
