I finally have full access to my other house , my sons ex-girlfriend is out. The basement is full of stuff . More mechanical then machining related but still tools . The load is lifted finally as I didn't want to get involved but the friction involved with this was very nerve racking for us all . They neighbor wants to buy the house as 500 other " house buyers " sites . It's been years that I've had access , so let the fun begin !

'Twas once a retired machinist named Dave

Moving stuff down to the daughters new place . Every trip more tools go down . Seems I never have what is needed . A roll around will be a necessity in the future for sure .

Value has a lot of factors, including fees/commissions and time: my daughter sold her house that had structural issues to one of these companies and netted more than she would have if the issues had been repaired.
