Toolkraft Model 4452 / 4453 Control Circuit Board

I have a Toolkraft Model 4452 (floor model) drill/router that appears to have a bad control circuit board. I would like to find someone to repair the circuit board or a new/used one to purchase. The 4452 and 4453 (bench model) use the same circuit board. This is a early 1970's machine that I inherited from my father. I would also be interested in locating the adapters for the routing and shaping, provided I can get a circuit board. The original numbers are ADP-S-17 and ADP-R-17.
