I've been playing with the tool library on my mill, and have found that the when setting the offset using the "Synchronize" button, the Z-offset values are negative, when they should be positive, and vice-versa.

If one tool is shorter than another, you have to move the mill in the negative direction... This means the actual tip of the tool is higher (positive) in space.

So the Synchronize button just copies the readout for the Z axis into the field. For the offset you would need to add a "-" in front of it.
I should probably just do this automatically, though. Dont' know if there is any value in having unedited position there.

The tool Z-offset being correct is absolutely crucial to the functionality of the tool library.

The "Synchronize" button is super convenient. I spent a good amount of time at my surface plate, using my height gauge, Hite-Icator, a tenths dial test indicstor, and a matched set of 123 blocks, to figure out all my tool heights... Then I saw that button and felt a little dumb.

See, you don't have time to start selling scales!

OK, I changed it so it will now copy over a negative position (offset). This will be in the next build.
