I think only some are for sheet metal, some look deeper for plate.

With the points, they look like spot weld cutters. Not sure that they are, but they sure look similar.

Rotabroach are the original annular cutters. very good quality. Very desirable.

The points in the centre are spring loaded, and are for centring the rotabroach on a punch mark.
