Todays Tool Finds

Well Favorite tool store must have cleaned out a nice shop judging buy the stuff they had today. They have a regular bunch that comes early as they are unloading the truck. No... I'm not one of them. They get first picking so the really great stuff is scooped up before it hits the shelf. Most of that ends up on E-bay. Anyway I got some good stuff to today for the kids to fight over when I'm gone. I got a set of deep impact sockets 7/16'- 1 1/4" from Taiwan but looks unused, a box of Craftsman (USA) sockets, a set of metric long handle hex key drivers and a Huot drill index with drill bits 9/16"- 1' by 16ths. $60. not bad I thought.

Not a bad price at all!! I've got that exact same set of impact sockets, and they have been just fine so far.... they have held up to everything that I could throw at them for the last 10 or 15 years.
