My theory is that once you make enough money to buy a hotrod, it tends to be what you really wanted but couldn't afford in high school. I met a friend's younger co-worker and when he talked about "vintage cars" he was interested in 20 year old Hondas.

It also explains why an average drivable 240z will bring more than $30,000 now.
And if you think your boomer-mobile hotrod is going to continue to increase in value, good luck.

Hey, there is nothing that will overcome the smile of a man in a 1969 426CI himi cuda..... a 1970 big block Mach 1, a 427 Chevelle SS 1960's preferred and a AMC 390 AMX has a similar affect....
