I have 25 or 30 feet of 1/2" Titanium tubing left from a 100' roll I used when doing my WVO system on my tour bus. What kind of cool projects/usages can I get out of this? It is in a roll and may be very hard to get a straight piece of any significant length out of it. The roll is about 3' dia. May be good for pens?

I've taken rolled/coiled stainless steel 1/2" OD tubing and straightened it by tension between a couple of pickup trucks, just don't get too carried away or it will deform the wall and break. Perhaps you could do the same thing to straighten the titanium or press it over a straightening mandrel of sorts.
You can straighten it with a couple of creative clamps and a solid post and a come-a-long too. Anything to put a serious stretch on it. Might have to stuff plugs in the ends to keep it from collapsing from the clamping pressure required.
