Threading Attachment

I have a threading attachment for my Sherline lathe but do not have the crank handle. Would anyone have the dimensions so that I could make one?

I have one, I can get some photos and measurements tomorrow
 
Hope this is what you are looking for, other than the spindle hole and locking detent it is just a handwheel. If there is anything else let me know and I will do what I can.
