That's all that matters.

I got it unloaded today. I think I got a pretty good deal on it. I usually over pay. He was asking $200 I bought it for $100. Everything is there including a new set of tires for the wheels. About 4 different blades I'll get it cleaned up in a day or 2 and power it up. What's the recommendation Paint or leave as is? It has already been painted once so paint is not original.
I've heard some say soak in warm water to soften them up first.

I've never put tires on a saw . anybody got any suggestions before I start?

That looks pretty good, a little clean up and it'll be good as new. Tires are not suppose to require adhesive but last time I replaced a set I put a spot of silicon spread very thin on the wheel, just me.
